At Rivonique, we take pride in the quality and care of every product we send out. However, we understand that skincare is personal, and sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy.
Eligibility Of Return
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or leaked product
- Expired product received
- Incomplete order (missing items)
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened products unless they were delivered defective.
Return Process
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via email at info@rivonique.com or WhatsApp
Share:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of the product & packaging
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or request you to courier the item.
On receiving the returned product, we’ll initiate either:
- A replacement
- Or a refund to the original payment method (within 5–7 business days)
Non – Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Customer dislike of texture/scent/results, as skincare is subjective
Refunds (If Applicable)
- If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll ask for your UPI or bank details to process the refund.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 working days after product inspection.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- In such cases, please accept the product and raise a return request if eligible.
